No, most often they wash hands. However, there's probably more that don't in the U.S. than other places.

I haven't heard of this. Everyone I know washes their hands after using the bathroom. It's a law at most, if not all, workplaces, too.

Not sure about women, but as a guy I never do after peeing.. What's the point? I'd be more concerned with people who actually touch the filthy door handle after washing their hands. Sorry, I've had ocd for a long, long time and have thought a lot about this kinda thing..

Yes. I have seen it happen in many public places, which is disgusting. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens. Although, it's usually when there aren't many people in the bathroom.
