The first one is slightly off, you'd just say "I wanna..." (no "do") and in the second sentence, you're just emphasizing that you are super super into learning many languages. (emphatic)

Technically, "wanna" is not a word. The proper way to say it would be: "I want to..." Or "I do want to."
Your first example expresses a desire to learn many languages.
While the second example expresses an intense, or more sincere, desire to learn many languages.
So the second example simply implies that you have a greater desire to learn, as opposed to the first example.

Because you have "do" in there, I think the first one can only be used to answer a question of what you want to do OR to go along with another statement. It cannot be used just by itself.
"Do you wanna learn many languages?"
"I do wanna learn many languages"
"What do you want to do?"
"I do wanna learn many languages"
"While I do wanna learn many languages, I think my time could be used in something else more productive."
