The sentences you made sound awkward and you forgot the Articels. Let me corret you very quick before I'll come to your question. :)
Ich komme aus dem Gebäude heraus. BUT you can also use here "von" but we native speakers say "aus dem Gebäude"
You forgot the Article "dem" "dem Keller"
Woher kommst du gleich?
The last phrase is ok. :)
So "aus" is simply a word for "out" but "von" is a word for I come from.. Ich komme von.. You could say Ich komme von meiner Freundin

@Kim90 While "aus" and "von" are both used to indicate a direction, I think "aus" always implies some kind of shift/permanent movement (as in "ich bin aus dem Hörsaal gekommen").
However, "von" can also be used metaphorically in situations where the speaker receives something (as in "ich habe etwas von dir bekommen").
Another example would be a box:
• "von der Box nehmen" means taking something on top of the box, as well as something attached to it, for example.
• "aus der Box nehmen" means actually opening the box and takings its contents.
So, if "aus X" means "shift out of X", then the state of X changes in most cases.
But "von X" does not necessarily mean that it changes.
I hope my explanation is not too abstract.
