I would say Korean also, because the writing system is simpler and the grammar is similar.

They're probably equally as difficult so you should choose the one that will be the most relevant to your life and interests. Do you want to watch Japanese anime or listen and understand K-pop? Do you plan on studying abroad in either country?

Learning Korean has been fun. But like the previous answer said, depending on what you're more interested in and which is more beneficial

Korean is much easier tbh and it depends if you are a Koreaboo or an anime/jpop fan. They're really similar so you could technically learn both at the same time if you wanted to.
