Do in Korea often see fat people in street?

of course. there are different physical type of people in korea. But most of koreans are thin and slim than wetern people. I think frame of korean is smaller than wester people. Also koreans eat low calory food compared to them.

No.... i think most korean are not that fat but most people wanna be more skiny for their health or look good.

If the fat people means those who are over 100 kg(220lb) No, not common and It's rare to see in the street.

If they (fat people) need to walk around the street, I saw they cover their whole body with a kind of dark cloth even under the hot weather over 30 degree. They seems feels shame on their body.

@Seokhee_Han I had in mind vor exemple a girl with a heavier weight than kpop idols (50kg) or about 70-80kg.

@Meiciaa It's also hard to see a girl between 70kg~80kg.It more common to see them than a girl over 100kg though.

I think there are less fat people in asia than that in the west, but Korea is probably even less than other asian country since they have comparably higher beauty standard than other countries.
