To lead a healthy life you should/in order to live a healthy lifestyle you must...

1) Do regular exercise
- Doctors recommend that you do 60 minutes of exercise per day. This includes individual sport like swimming or weightlifting and team sport like basketball or football

2) Have a balanced diet
- you shouldn’t eat too many sweets as this can lead to obesity and diabetes
- you should eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetable a day
- in order to maintain your weight, you need to count your calories

3) Drink plenty of water
- Medical professionals say that the average adult needs 2 litres of water daily

4) Sleep well
- sleeping at least 7 hours a night can reduce stress and increase your productivity
