I think that saying "I have something for breakfast" sounds better but i dont think its a big difference

I'm eating ________ for breakfast
Fill in the blank with whatever you're eating :) I think that's the most natural way to say it. We wouldn't use "I have" or "I eat"
"I have pancakes for breakfast" for example, I guess it makes sense but it doesn't sound natural to me.

@Laramaka if it's routine then you could say "I usually eat/have _____ for breakfast"
