I would move the team endeavor above your years of experience because then it would seem like what you did at the company contributed toward that.
If you are actually looking for a new job then I have some tips below to help your resume be stronger.
when you say involve everyone in the office, be a little more specific about how you involved them. (created an ad-hoc group to strategize how we could improve, etc.)
and also how you contributed to a higher on-time arrival date.
