Present perfect is an action that is completed at the point of speaking.
For example: I've painted the living room (I just finished painting it)
Present perfect continuous is a continuing action at the point of speaking.
For example: I've been painting the living room (I'm still painting)

Also present perfect continuous us for actions that had a certain duration in the past and we know when.
I have been cooking all-day long and now I'm tired.

That's not very accurate.
A: Why is your face so red?
B: I've been running. [I am not running at the point of speaking.]

@LoooooN: she is correct, in your sentence the "I've" is a shorten version of "I have" so your sentence is saying "I have been running" meaning you are no longer running

That's the opposite what she said though. "Present perfect continuous is a continuing action at the point of speaking."
The thing is that the action may be either finished with an effect to the present, or an ongoing action.

@LoooooN: I think it really depends on the context. When you say "I've been running", at the point of time of speaking you have already stopped running, therefore this sentence is in present perfect.

@FABIOSCAPAD: You're welcome! I hope my explanation helped. I find that a lot of times, English is a fluid language and it really depends on the context. Sometimes it follows the rules and sometimes it doesn't 😊
