Gain means to obtain but with something positive. You gain weight, you gain and advantage, the opposite of loss.
Achieve is usually related to an accomplishment, so you did something. I worked hard and I achieved mastery of the skill.
Get is a more generic word for obtain and is typically used for objects, like "I need to get a bike." (get can also be used colloquially as "understand" so "I get it" means "I understand it")
