I went to BMW store with my co-worker. It was new and big store. The service shop was much wider than our stores. Now I know how they can make money from taking care of their customers after purchase. My co-worker told me that no BMW customers want to go other repair shops than the BMW genuine stores. They just do not want anybody else to touch their cars. They only let staff that they trust care their cars. I believe this is a great business model. The customers trust the products and dealerships. In converse, the manufacture and dealerships provide customers with great products and amazing service. sembra naturale?
