The suspect hit him with something like blade in his face. he was bleeding from his cut, and he got serious injury with 80 stitches. How could that happen? sembra naturale?

Non naturale

The suspect hit his face with something like a blade. He was bleeding from the cut, and got/received a serious injury, which needed 80 stitches. How could that happen?

That is better than what I said. My apologies. "hit him in the face" is correct. Very good!

Non capisco

I would say culprit instead of suspect, as the suspect just refers to the person who is being suspected of having done it, while culprit refers to the actual person who did it.

Unless of course you mean a suspect to a different crime (which was being investigated at the time of this incident) did that. Then it'd be okay to use suspect.
