I'm guessing this is what you meant to say: "I could never tell if it's the French language that sounds stupid or if it's just me speaking French in a stupid way." Is this what you meant?

"I'm not sure if it's just the French language that is too hard, or if I'm just stupid." I think this is what you meant? I'm not sure with that translation. :)

Ook i just wanted to say i would never be sure
1. if it is the language itself who’s stupid (like sounds stupid etc) or
2. If it is me who’s stupid ( so that i speak in stupid way)
3. If it is me speaking french which seems stupid( so myself and french language itself are not stupid but we become stupid being together )
Is that clear now? So the original phrase is grammaticaly correct or not?
