Both are the part of incredible india; i have no more idea but as far as i know South part is consist of very old temples having old sculptures which remind us creed and culture of old kingdoms, you may find old fortress of indian rulers while north east is full of natural beauties, you may find old civilisation existed in some part where people are still away from mainstream. if you enjoy adventurous then you really more enjoy to visit these eight northeast states. the last but more important you will find less polluted places in all its part . These are the very little extract about both part of India you may say nothing.
