Un po' strano
@tomm: Are you asking them if it is okay for you to leave, or are you stating it?
If you are asking them if it is ok, you can say:
"I'm sorry, but may I leave early?"
They will most likely ask you "Why?", so you just tell them your reason. (That you are tired and you have to get up early for work the next day.)
But if you are stating it, you can say:
"I'm afraid I may have to leave early today."
or
"I'm sorry, but I have to leave early today."

@destinyhana: Thank you!
In other word, how about below?
I'm afraid may I leave early?
Or
I'm sorry but may I leave in advance?
(Situation: at diner, with many co-workers, I want to go home now due to my work tomorrow morning.)
