They are synonyms of each other and can be used interchangeably. However, feeble is used more in the context of the elderly or very young.
The old man is very feeble and can not walk up stairs.
Additionally feeble implies a more permanent state of being whereas weak might describe a moment.
His injury made him weak.
However these rules are not clearly defined.

weak is a more generic opposite of "strong" and can apply to resilience, effort, and other things.
"feeble" is more poetic (more likely to see in older books than hear outloud) and describes action/effort
You wouldn't say that a tree or a rock is feeble (unless you're intentionally trying to talk about them like a person who is doing things), but an old person, a child, a sick animal, or a political party could all be described as "feeble".
It is common to use it to describe actions too: "feeble efforts/attempts".
A similar word would be "frail", which is just as old/literary, but specifically describes a lack of resilience. Think of someone/something very thin and "easily broken" due to age or sickness.
