Come si dice in Svedese? "I saw a black guy riding a bike yesterday... I thought it was mine. Then I checked the garage and it was still chained up, asking for food."

Jag såg en svart man som cyklade på min cykel igår... Jag trodde det var men min men kollade garaget och min cykel var fortfarande låst och frågade om mat.

I would say
"Jag såg en svart man på en cykel igår, jag trodde det var min. Men sedan kollade jag i garaget och han var fortfarande fastkedjad där och frågade efter mat"

It's a bit tricky to not use "han" here even though I know it would be better in line with the original text to use "den" - it just goes out of grammatical boundaries a bit too much and I think the punch will still be there using "han"... maybe in a better way so

@Swedrick The thing is that, in this day and age, you have to cautious in not hurting someone's feelings. You never know who might call you racist over a joke.

That's true... and maybe even more so here in Sweden the last decade. But I'd say most people still have that common sense...

Instead of saying black you can say mörkhyad
Because if you say black (svart) in Sweden they are gonna say you’re a racist:)
