There’s no need for the word ‘did.’ But this sentence does make sense in specific contexts, for example:
A: Mum, the school lunch you made yesterday was gross...
Mum: I didn’t make it.
A: Oh, well... who did make lunch yesterday?
However, it’s best to just use “Who made lunch yesterday”
