So, I'm going to give you 3 formats to say that.
1. Professional / Formal
I'm good, because I can sleep more today.
2. Semi-formal (This would be okay for new friends that you have a personal relationship with)
Good, cause I get to sleep more today.
3. Informal
Good, I get to sleep more.
The reason I give you all three of these is it's helpful to know where English speakers are cutting corners, and also because if you use #3 some people would grammar check you if you don't know them well. It's natural, but incorrect.
Using 'get to' shows excitement for sleeping more, where as 'can' simply states it with less emotion, making it more proper for general and professional use.
Using weekday or weekend in this context is rough and unnatural, simply saying 'today' gets rid of the redundancies, while not sacrificing any formality. However, if you're talking to good friends, even saying 'today' can be left out, as it would be implied by 'get to'.
Lastly, using because is a very formal thing. If you're trying to be professional with the person you're talking to, yes use it. But otherwise it's okay to just drop this, because when they read the rest of the sentence, the because will be implied. Additionally, 'cause' is a short-hand version of 'because', which makes it less formal, but still somewhat formal.
I hope this helps, let me know if you have more questions about that!

I get the gist of what you're trying to say, but it sounds like an answer to a question. Would you mind posting the question and I can probably clear up the sentence for you.
