How cold it is depends on where in Norway you live. This winter it was especially cold because of some wind from Siberia, so the cold record was colder than -50 degrees Celsius. On the West coast, however, you only get a few minus degrees and sometimes snow.

it depends. where I live now (west coast) it's rarely colder than -10°C, usually between 2 and -5 degrees with not a lot of snow. where I'm from in the north the average temperature is about -15°C, and down to -30°C is common. It's uncommon to get -50°C, but it happens sometimes in the far north

@eleva1001 inside it's nothing special, just normal everyday activities. outside people go skiing, sledding, snowboarding, slalåm (kind of like snowboarding but on two skis, google it) and similar winter sports. snowmobiles are common. for winter vacation or weekends many people go on trips to their cabin if they have one, go skiing and eat by a bonfire, and inside just relax and play cards
and it doesn't get THAT cold, like -10°C is probably average. it depends on what you're used to, but we just wear winter boots, a jacket, gloves/mittens and a layer of wool under our jeans and it's fine
