に means 'at' here (as in talking about time)
へ means 'to'
It's like how we say: I am going to school
八- Eight
時- (it means hour in English but don't worry).
学校- school
へ (particle and it means- to)
行く means to go.
行き is the stem of the verbs.
All Japanese have stem forms.
Japanese has a special thong called the ます form.
