Why are there so many Koreans who are so intrested in Germany ? Are there any special reasons ?

Hmm I think becuase of the history? Germany also divdied two parts in the past... but I don’t think MANY people are interested in German. I mean SOME people are interest in German but I can’t tell MANY.

I’m interested in Germany thoguh haha😄

because I love deutschland millitary
I was learn about deutschland man who broken over 1000 of tank himself. also, there is some national socialism community in korea. so many people like deutschland.

@hfox I've seen quite a lot koreans who are learning German vor who want to visit Europe . Not just here , also on social media

Some people may choose Germany for business or immigration purposes. But it is hard to say that 'Many Koreans' have a deep interest in Germany. As you say, it could be just illusion in social media.

Think about it. There're only two developed countries in Asia, and South Korea is one of them. This means that most Koreans are interested in Europe and US Canada Australia Newzealnd and Japan.

In my opinion, Most korean more learn about Germany than other EU country. because many part of Korea things bring to Germany style. Especially root of Korean law is German law.

@Korbinian Korean people like to develop themselves.
Learning another country's language is one of it.
We choose language that we think useful and German can be one of them.
But I think that doesn't mean many Korean are interested in Germany.
