Smoking is inhaling smoke, like with a cigarette.
Smirking is making a facial expression (like a rude smile).
The 2 words have completely different meanings, so that is the difference between those 2 sentences.

Thank you for answering my question again:) Actually I made a spelling mistake!! I wanted to type " smoking" both sentences.
But I learned the meaning "smirking" from you by my typo.

Oh I see. In that case the difference between those 2 sentences is that they are conjugated differently. Both are correct and have the same meaning

The first one had a spelling error (stopped).
So basically they have different meanings with time. "If you stop smoking" means that you could do it now and is referring to now. "If you stopped smoking, you would feel healthier." with that one. "Would" means something already happened or is happening. So if they quit before they would feel healthier.
