Macht nix:) Für mich ist Deutsch einfacher zu verstehen und schreiben, also, ich antworte einfach auf Deutsch;)
済む hier bedeutet einfach „to finish“, würde ich sagen. 済む bedeutet zwar auch „to feel at ease“ und man könnte es hier auch so interpretieren wie sie sich beruhigt indem sie Geduld hat. Aber normalerweise interpretiert man es so wie „私が我慢したらそれで(事が/全て)(問題なく)済むじゃん?“, das heißt „Wenn ich Geduld habe, dann enden damit Sachen / dann endet damit alles (problemlos).“. Deswegen habe ich es mit „alles in Ordnung“ übersetzt.
じゃん ist eigentlich eine Dialekt von じゃない aber heutzutage benutzen es viele. じゃない ist eine lockere Form von „ではない“.
「ではないですか?→じゃないですか?→じゃない?→じゃん? 」
Also, das ist genau eine Übersetzung von „isn‘t it?“.
から hier ist „because“, wie du sagst. Aber normalerweise übersetzt man es nicht. Da fehlt die Folge. Es passiert oft auf Japanisch, dass man einen Satz auf から oder ので beendet und die Folge nicht sagt.
Also, hier fehlt z.B. „(...そうやってきたから)それが私にとっては普通なんだ。(Weil ich...gelebt, ist das für mich normal.)“, kann man sich als eine Möglichkeit vorstellen.

私 am Anfang gehört nicht zu diesem Satz oder 私が statt 私.
Wenn ich andere nicht belästige, bemerkt mich keiner und wenn ich Geduld habe, ist alles in Ordnung, oder? So habe ich immer gelebt.

I always associated 済む with the meaning "to finish". However, here is the alternative meaning "to feel at ease" being used, right? You just adjusted the translation to "ist alles in Ordnung" to make it sound more natural, didn't you?
And じゃん is used to confirm 済む, isn't it? Since I learned it always confirms the positive instead of being a negative sentence.
I just have one additional question regarding the last sentence. The から has the normal "because" meaning, doesn't it? It just gets sometimes omitted in translations, right?
