Domande Inglese (Regno Unito)
I came across someone saying "favourite food?" to ask one's favourite food. I would say "What is your favourite food?" but does just saying "favourite food?" work in casual conversation? What do you normally say?

- Portoghese (Brasile)
It's normal but it's more common in situations when a person has many questions to answer quickly, like in a TV show for example.
- Inglese (Regno Unito)
Yes. Sometimes people just use very short versions of sentences in conversations.
What's your favourite drink?
Ginger ale.
Favourite food?
