Doramas:
- If you prefer comedy/romance: Hana Yori Dango; Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (shortly, "Hana Kimi"); My Boss, My Hero; Dragonzakura; Hotaru no Hikari and Gokusen (I didn't watch these last 2 ones, but everyone I know liked it ;D)
PS: There's a new drama that I'll only watch when it's completed (it's still airing) and stares my favorite actor (Yamazaki Kento). I guess it's popular right now, so if you want to, here it is: "Sukina Hito ga Iru koto" <3
- If you prefer more dramatic/sad ones: Ichi Rittoru no Namida, Taiyou no Uta and Koizora
- Live-Action: Heroine Shikkaku, L-DK, Orange,
The ones that will be aired soon: Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji, Ishuukan Friends and Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso.
(All of them stare my favorite actor xD)
Anime:
Since I only watch the shoujo genre I can't really say other ones, so:
- Shoujo: Ao Haru Ride, Kimi ni Todoke, Ore Monogatari, Kaichou wa Maid-sama!, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun (really funny), Kami-sama Hajimemashita, Fruits Basket, Love Live!, Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, Toradora! Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji, Lovely Complex, Ouran HighSchool Host Club, Inu x Boku SS, Skip Beat!, Itazura na Kiss (a little old) and Sailor Moon Crystal (recent)
- Dramatic/Sad ones: Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai (shortly, AnoHana).
- Shounen: FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Mirai Nikki, Elfen Lied, Another (so much tension OMG. Warning: if you're easily impressed, don't watch it!) and the ones that are popular, but I never watched: Death Note, Sword Art Online and One Piece.
I can't remember any other ones xD But I guess that's already a lot xD Good Luck!
