hi I'm going to go to the office early in the morning like 7 or 8 because I have to wait long. so I think I can go alone.

you could say “hi, i’m going to the office early tomorrow morning at 7 or 8 because i have to wait for a long time, so i think i will have to go to work alone.”
also it isn’t a rude sentence, it’s polite. i hope this helps :)
