Either is fine! But it also depends on the context. Saying “I don’t know” is more likely to be used as a vague, open-ended answer for when someone asks you a question you don’t know the answer to. But “I have no knowledge of that” refers to something specific, you don’t know “that”.

Actually, the reason why I asked this was to know if "I have no knowledge of that" is an acceptable alternative to "I don't know that", just to not repeat the same answer all the time.
