This PC gets frozen quickly. I wonder what's wrong. So you should use quickly here instead of soon. Soon refers to future - something coming up ahead. So you can say, this PC will freeze up soon. But for things happening now and you are trying to say it happens fast you use quickly. Also, when you say this, you are referring to the intrinsic nature of the PC to become frozen. Like in your sentence.

Un po' strano

I think the word you are looking for is "often" instead os soon. Frequently is the same as often, occasionally is recurring but not so much or irregularly.

You used すぐって使ったからすぐって意味はimmediately.英語ではね。

So to translate his intended Japanese sentence, it means in English: this computer freezes immediately, I wonder where it is, that's gone strange. <-correct
